![]() ![]() ![]() I don’t have a problem with all the main characters being men, in fact it makes sense in the context. The other female character of significance, who is granted a revered mention in the last chapter, is undoubtedly a villain. The protagonist hates his adopted mother, and there seems to be a lacking of any women worth any esteem in the book? A prominent female character (unnamed cop) who seems to pose importance and esteem in the protagonists eyes initially, is professionally diminished and left with a mother role despite her vocation. None of the female characters are important, nor particularly well thought-out.
